  1. How much does shipping cost?
    • When you pick up items in Eoltas stores, regardless of the amount you buy:
      • Prepay by wire transfer or other payment methods (not cash) - free shipping;
      • If you pay by cash (cash) - the service charge is free.
         
    • If you specify home delivery (or any other address) in Lithuania (Neringa exception) and the sum of the goods purchased is less than 28.67 € and if the weight / volume of the Goods does not exceed 5 kg / 5 l:
      • Prepayment by prepayment or other payment methods (non-cash) - delivery cost 2.9 €;
      • Cash on delivery - Delivery cost 2.9 € plus additional service fee 1 €.
         
    • If you specify home delivery (or any other address) in Lithuania (Neringa exception) and the sum of the purchased goods is more than 28.67 € and the weight / volume of the Goods does not exceed 10 kg / 10 l:
      • Paying in advance by wire transfer or other payment methods (not cash) - free shipping;
      • For cash payment on delivery, an additional service charge of € 1.
         
    • If you specify home delivery (or other address) in Lithuania (Neringa exception) and the sum of the goods purchased is more than 28.67 € and if the weight / volume of the Goods exceeds 10 kg / 10 l:
      • In case of prepayment by prepayment order or other payment methods (not cash) - delivery price is negotiated separately;
      • For cash payment on delivery, an additional service charge of € 1.
         
    • If you order delivery to the post office or post office, regardless of the amount you are buying, and if the weight / volume of the Goods does not exceed 10 kg / 10 l - the delivery price is 2.9 €.

  2. Do you ship to other countries (Norway, Ireland, Latvia, etc.)?
    • Yes, of course, just select the country you want when booking (fill in your contacts) and you'll see the rates. If the prices turn out to be too high, contact E-shop.eoltas.lt contacts and we will recalculate them. Shipments to other countries are delivered directly to the recipient within 3-6 days. In rare cases, parcels need to be picked up from a post office or other nearby terminal.
       
  3. Will I be notified when the goods are shipped?
    • This will send you an email notification tonight. You can pick it up by mail and on the next business day at lunch from the store (if you have chosen to ship to the store) or delivered to the address you provided (if you have chosen this method of delivery).
      • If the delivery time is faster or there are other changes, you will also be notified by email.
         
  4. If the purchased item (s) did not fit, can I return them?
    • Yes, subject to certain conditions, please see paragraph 2 of the Rules for details.
       
  5. Brake discs price per unit or kit 2 pcs?
    • Brake discs are sold in 1 unit, so the price is per unit;
      Brake pads are sold in sets, all front or rear - the price is included.
       
  6. VAT package not included in the package how do I get it?
    • You can download it by logging into your account at http://e-shop.eoltas.lt by selecting My Account and Order History or simply informing us.
       
  7. If I can't find an item on http://e-shop.eoltas.lt, you don't have it in stores either?
    • If the item is not available online it may be in stores or we can order it from the manufacturer promptly, so if you do not find it you can contact.
       
  8. Why Your Email shop has practically no body parts?
    • Eoltas does not specialize in the sale of body parts, so if you need any details, you can contact the nearest store directly.
       
  9. We made the payment to the Eoltas UAB account, but the VAT invoice was issued by another affiliated company "Eoltas UAB"?
    • To ensure prompt delivery in each city, the invoice is issued by the company that is likely to deliver the goods to the buyer.
       
  10. Adding item "Deposit" to order when ordering, adding it to cart What is it?
    • This is an additional charge that is refundable if the old item is returned. For example, you buy a brake caliper ("support"), install a new one and return the old one, then that money is transferred back to you. The returned item must, of course, meet all the requirements of the manufacturer.
